In addition, the AI recruiter may ask other pre-qualifying questions (e.g., DUI in the last 3 years, failed drug test history, flatbed experience, etc.). These questions are useful for trucking companies, but not all drivers will answer them honestly – or at all.
We only forward – and charge you for a lead if these core conditions are met:
The driver picks up the phone (verified by our AI recruiter)
They have the required OTR experience (based on their written application)
They are seeking a position you offer (company, lease, or owner-op)
They are interested in a trailer type you provide
Our AI recruiter may collect additional information (e.g., DUI history, failed drug tests, or other pre-qualifying details). However, this extra information does not affect billing.
If a lead answers all questions and is fully pre-qualified, we do not charge you extra.
If a lead refuses to answer or discloses disqualifying details (like a recent DUI), we will still forward and charge for the lead as long as the core conditions above are met.
All leads are recorded in a secure Google Spreadsheet, accessible only to your team and ours. This ensures that all driver information we collect is kept private, accurate, and protected.
When drivers are actively job hunting, they often apply to 10–20 different companies within just a few hours.
Because of this, we resell each phone-verified lead to multiple companies – capped at 10 per lead – since drivers will be applying to many carriers anyway.
We will provide you and other companies with the same lead, but the best companies and recruiters will win the hire! 😉
You will be charged in $50-$60 increments. Each time the leads we send you reach a total or greater value of $50, we will automatically process the charge.
To make this possible, we require a valid payment card on file.
No. Prices are not fixed—they vary based on the type of lead and the type of trailer your company operates. For example, an owner-operator/flatbed lead will be among the most expensive, while a company driver/dry van lead will be the least expensive.
We do our best to attract owner-operators who are open to driving under your MC number, but we cannot guarantee that every owner-operator lead will agree to it.
You are charged for an owner-operator lead if the following conditions are met:
Preferences such as not wanting to drive under your MC or not owning their own trailer are not considered disqualifying factors. If the core conditions above are met, the lead will be forwarded to you and charged accordingly.
Step 1: complete the form below to let us know what type of drivers you’re looking for, as well as which email address(es) in your organization should receive lead notifications. Each time a new lead comes in, you’ll receive an instant email alert so your recruiters can follow up right away.
Step 2 (Final Step): after submitting the form, you’ll be redirected to a subscription link, where you’ll be charged $1 for the first 100 leads.
Once both steps are completed, you’ll begin receiving targeted, phone-verified leads within 1 business day.
